Health Optimization is a 6-month program focused on kickstarting your progress in optimizing your health in the long-term.

Included Visits

  • Initial Visit Comprehensive Health Analysis (75 minutes)

    Deep dive into your personal and family medical history, health habits, and health goals.

  • Lab Results Review + Custom Wellness Plan Delivery (75 minutes)

Includes lifestyle, exercise, dietary, and supplement plan (botanicals, nutrients, or amino acids). If deemed necessary, pharmaceutical prescriptions and/or recommendations for additional medical services or testing add-ons may be included (see below).

  • 3 Month Follow-Up Visit (45 minutes)

    Touch base on your progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed.

  • 6 Month Follow-Up Visit (45 minutes)

    Touch base on your progress and make a plan for your health going forward.

  • Monthly Accountability Check-Ins (scheduled direct messaging)

    Monthly check-ins in the Spruce messaging platform to keep you on track and answer any questions you may have.

  • Acute Visits via Telemedicine or Phone Call (as needed throughout the program)

The Health Optimization Program is structured to give you priority access to your doctor. To help make optimizing your health as convenient as possible, the following services are included throughout the duration of your program:

Direct Messaging

  • Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant messaging service (in-app messaging and texting) for non-urgent communications. Replies will be sent during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET).

No Wait or Minimal Wait Appointments

  • Time is valuable. Your visit will start when it is scheduled. If there is a reason for a short wait time, I will communicate with you about the wait time as quickly as possible.

Virtual Appointments

  • All appointments are conducted using Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant, easy-to-use, and convenient platform.

Supplement Discount

  • Program members receive a 15% discount on high-quality supplements purchased through Dr. Corn’s Fullscript platform.

Comprehensive blood work can be run using your health insurance. There is no guarantee of coverage, so you should check your plan’s lab coverage policy. For high deductible plans or no health insurance, comprehensive blood work can be included in the program price.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dr. Corn does not bill insurance directly, but it is possible to have some of your labs processed through your insurance company. Depending on your insurance plan, you may also be reimbursed for some naturopathic services. I can provide you with billing summaries after each visit so that you can submit that portion of the cost to your insurance for hopeful reimbursement. I am happy to discuss details with you.

  • Dr. Corn practices evidence-based naturopathic medicine. Treatments may include nutrition, targeted vitamins, botanicals, amino acid therapy, detoxification, and lifestyle recommendations. He has prescribing rights for patients residing in several states that also allow for the use of medications and hormone therapy. The goal is always to use the least invasive and most effective therapies that are customized for you.

  • Orders for comprehensive blood work can be sent to a local lab near you, anywhere in the country. Specialty lab kits are shipped directly to you, completed at home, and returned to the lab using the prepaid shipping label.

  • This program is intentionally structured as a 6-month program, following a framework that allows me to be the best doctor for you. From a research perspective, regular follow-up visits are the only way to achieve the level of care that will truly transform your health. Customized maintenance care plans are available after the initial program ends.
